A company is looking for an Athletics Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts in collegiate sports recruitment and athlete development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to enhance brand authority and engage student-athletes and their families
Develop and manage content creation for various marketing channels, including ads, email campaigns, and social media
Lead the promotion of events and partnerships, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate high-quality leads
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in sports, education, or youth development
Experience as a former student-athlete or coach is preferred
Proven ability to create effective marketing campaigns that drive results
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
Familiarity with NCAA recruiting, admissions timelines, or marketing tools like Salesforce or Google Analytics is a plus
