ATS and Onboarding Specialist
A company is looking for an ATS & Onboarding Specialist to manage the Applicant Tracking System and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain the functionality of ATS and onboarding systems, including customization and maintenance
Provide technical support and guidance to ATS users and manage user permissions and access
Conduct onboarding activities for new employees, including orientations and collection of personal documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Information Systems with a minimum of 2 years of HR administrative experience
At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination or onboarding
Prior experience with ATS administration, preferably with systems like SmartRecruiters or PeopleSoft
Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and vlookup functions
Strong organizational skills and experience managing onboarding for multiple employees simultaneously
