A company is looking for an Automation Architect to design, implement, and optimize automation strategies across its IT infrastructure and business processes. Key Responsibilities Develop and define the overall automation strategy and architecture for the organization Evaluate, select, and recommend automation tools and platforms to meet business needs Continuously assess and optimize automated workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field -OR- equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in automation, process optimization, or related fields Strong technical background with expertise in various technologies related to the MSP industry Proven experience with automation tools and cloud platforms Experience in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle management
