A company is looking for a Remote Service Advisor Diagnostics. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and tickets for the Dealer Network, providing automotive technical diagnostic direction Resolve dealer concerns through a defined six-step diagnostic process and perform follow-ups on existing tickets Communicate product issues and provide technical support to Quality, Engineering, and Technical Advisors as needed Required Qualifications High School Graduate; automotive technician or engineering bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of auto mechanic experience required 2-3 years of automotive repair experience Experience with electrification, BEV, PHEV, and hybrid vehicles preferred Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools, dealer information software, and basic PC software
