A company is looking for a Processor II in its bankruptcy department. Key Responsibilities Review daily reports to ensure efficient and timely handling of files Prepare Motions for Relief from Stay, Assignments, and Reaffirmation Agreements Provide support to paralegals, management, and attorneys, and assist with additional projects as needed Required Qualifications Previous law firm experience is preferred but not required Bankruptcy or Mortgage Servicing experience preferred but not required Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet Organizational skills and ability to multi-task are essential Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys
