Key Responsibilities Conduct 1:1 Ask an Expert sessions with Enterprise and Premium Enterprise customers via Zoom Guide customers on leveraging the platform effectively by understanding their business priorities Document innovative use cases and surface customer feedback to inform product and support initiatives Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-growing startup Proficiency in designing workflows using no code/low code platforms Ability to simplify complex systems and communicate effectively with customers Strong interest in productivity tools and their applications Self-starter with a passion for problem-solving and relationship building
