HR Data Analyst II
A company is looking for an HR Data Analyst II (Workday).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, test, and deliver Workday reports and dashboards to meet HR business needs
Collaborate with HR partners to gather reporting requirements and translate business questions into technical solutions
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analysis, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in developing and managing Workday reports and dashboards
Completion of Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields courses
Strong understanding of Workday HR processes and data structures
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau
