A company is looking for an Agent Support Representative - Bilingual. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from selling agents, assisting with pre-enrollment inquiries and compliance verification Research and resolve agent inquiries using various resources related to member enrollment and company products Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external agents to enhance the company's brand Required Qualifications 2 years of strong customer service experience required Bilingual in both English and Spanish is mandatory Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and general computer skills Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications Must commit to working within the department for a minimum of one year starting from day one
