A company is looking for a Business Consultant/Supply Chain Consultant (Japanese and English Speaking). Key Responsibilities Lead software implementation projects and optimize supply chain and retail planning processes Analyze KPIs and customer data to drive decisions and improvements while configuring tools based on customer requirements Deliver training to customer teams, manage change, and support pre-sales activities Required Qualifications Native-level proficiency in Japanese and full professional proficiency in English Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, retail operations, or business consulting Experience in retail/wholesale sectors, particularly grocery or fashion Ability to manage projects independently and interact confidently with stakeholders Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related fields is a strong plus
