Bilingual Call Center Supervisor
A company is looking for a Bilingual Supervisor - Call Center (Remote Limited Service).
Key Responsibilities
Supervise call center staff to ensure quality standards and adherence to procedures
Interview and recommend hiring and promotion of contact center staff
Evaluate employee performance and recommend appropriate personnel actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience, or equivalent education and experience
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage confidential information
Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
