Japanese Speaking Technical Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Principal Technical Support Engineer (Signature) who is fluent in Japanese.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with enterprise customers to assist with post-sales installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Tableau products
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining strong customer relationships and providing feedback to engineering teams
Coordinate with customers to implement server launches and optimize the use of Tableau software
Required Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese, with experience working with Japanese business customers
Strong understanding of relational databases, Windows and Linux systems, and networking
Relevant experience in customer service or supporting enterprise-critical applications
Degree or relevant experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
