Revenue Compliance Manager

A company is looking for a Revenue and Financial Compliance Manager. Key Responsibilities Oversee private pay collections and revenue cycle management across multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities and Senior Living communities Lead efforts to collect aged private pay accounts and support Senior Living Revenue Managers Collaborate with financial teams to review financial statements and implement best practices for private pay collections Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field preferred Five or more years of experience in revenue cycle management, billing, or financial operations in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Senior Living Proven experience in private pay collections and accounts receivable oversight Familiarity with PCC is required; experience with Yardi and MatrixCare preferred Prior experience with financial statement review and revenue cycle reporting required
