Bilingual Contact Center QA Specialist
A company is looking for a Contact Center QA Specialist Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and audit calls for assigned Contact Center Specialists, tracking quality scores
Coach specialists on process-related issues and document coaching opportunities
Conduct quality meetings with supervisors to discuss team quality results
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Six months of customer service experience preferred
Fluency in both English and Spanish
Ability to adhere to an average QA score of 90% or higher
Strong skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
