Bilingual Customer Success Advisor
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Success Onboarding Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Own the onboarding experience for new providers in both English and Spanish
Proactively reach out via phone, email, and SMS to drive activation milestones
Deliver expert-level guidance on application functionality to ensure user success
Required Qualifications
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, or Sales in a technology/SaaS environment
Experience executing a proactive call and contact strategy
Strong objection-handling and value-selling skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems
