Key Responsibilities Support customers with Marketplace health insurance plans during the Open Enrollment Period (OEP) through calls and chats in English and Spanish Explain features and advantages of medical plans, assist in bringing new members on board, and support current members with cost/plan analysis Provide thorough education on insurance basics and ensure members receive appropriate coverage and support Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Resident Health and Life Insurance Licenses in hand with CE completed Charismatic and persuasive individuals with sales skills Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems Open availability between 8am-11pm EST, 7 days a week during the season
