Bilingual Outreach Specialist
A company is looking for a Bilingual Outreach Specialist in Healthcare Customer Service, Remote. Key Responsibilities Make outbound and receive inbound calls to provide detailed information about eligibility services and conduct eligibility screenings Interview patients/members to gather personal information for determining eligibility for various programs Initiate procedures to refer patients/members to other agencies for assistance as appropriate Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred; fully fluent in reading, writing, and speaking 1+ years in a call center environment, including inbound and outbound calls 1+ years of customer service experience Experience in healthcare or government benefits or agencies is a plus Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
