Escalation Engineer II
A company is looking for a Reactive Services Escalation Engineer II.
Key Responsibilities
Provide escalated support to ensure the stability and performance of client computing environments
Manage a daily ticket queue of escalations and guide team engineers on complex issues
Document solutions, draft knowledge base articles, and proactively identify risks in customer environments
Required Qualifications
Four-year degree in a relevant field or vendor-level certifications (e.g., Microsoft MCSE, VMWare, Cisco CCNA/CCNP)
At least four years of experience working with systems and virtualization
Exceptional operational expertise in Windows operating systems and servers
Minimum of 2 years of experience administering systems in cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS)
Proficient in PowerShell or Python scripting for complex systems issues
