A company is looking for a Billing Data Entry Clerk to assist with managing and processing billing information. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and verify billing data into the company's system Update and maintain billing records, responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies Generate invoices and assist with preparing reports for management Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred) Basic knowledge of accounting or billing practices Previous experience in data entry or billing is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong organizational and time-management skills
