Escalation Analyst
A company is looking for an Escalation Specialist for a contract position that is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate responses to escalations, demonstrating urgency
Assist in developing FAQs and identify opportunities to reduce escalations
Research complex claims inquiries and communicate findings with relevant teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Coordinator or related role
Experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently without close supervision
Strong understanding of legal documents such as court orders and settlement agreements preferred
