BioAnalytics Client Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist - BioAnalytics.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective support to internal and external BioAnalytics clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to enhance client experience and support sales initiatives
Gather and analyze client data to provide recommendations and create documents for pricing and proposals
Required Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce.com, Service Cloud, and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerBI)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
High level of technical and support aptitude
Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of diagnostic and analytical testing services is a plus
