Key Responsibilities Establish a strategic plan for supplier relationships related to biospecimen logistics and handling Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to set objectives for development, supply, and continuous improvement Manage contract compliance, supplier relationships, and drive issue resolution while ensuring alignment with R&D strategies Required Qualifications Doctorate degree with 4 years, Master's degree with 7 years, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of directly related experience in supply chain, science, engineering, or a related field Advanced understanding of technical/operations principles and concepts 15+ years of experience in Logistics Supply Chain, Global Clinical Operations, or related fields preferred Knowledge of cGXPs, focusing on clinical, lab, and distribution practices Experience in team leadership, supplier management, and negotiation
