A company is looking for a Director of Business Development. Key Responsibilities Develop relationships with government clients to identify and cultivate opportunities Prepare and maintain account and opportunity development plans, securing management approval Negotiate with internal and external teammates in coordination with the capture/proposal team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of federal government experience preferred Knowledge of Federal procurement policies and practices Ability to conceptualize and develop solutions specific to client requirements Must be based in the National Capital Region (NCR) Experience in marketing, selling, and developing business in the federal space
