Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
6+ months of experience in customer service, call centers, healthcare support, or similar roles
Comfortable using phone systems, Google Suite, Slack, and customer management platforms
Ability to take ownership of tasks and manage time effectively in a remote environment
A warm personality that fosters trust and builds relationships
Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare-related role is preferred
