Business Process Improvement Lead
A company is looking for a Lead, Business Process Improvement. Key Responsibilities Drive large-scale, cross-functional improvement projects to enhance customer support Implement process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology Analyze process data and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success Required Qualifications Master/Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science (Industrial Engineering preferred) and/or 8+ years of post-graduate experience in operations Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certified or equivalent experience Advanced knowledge of customer service and contact center operations Proven track record of developing and improving processes with positive impact on business metrics Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
