Key Responsibilities
Lead analytics for sales force sizing, territory alignment, targeting, and incentive compensation
Design and manage an incentive compensation program, ensuring effective communication and oversight
Develop analytics processes and reporting frameworks for performance data, supporting sales teams with dashboards and reports
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in the biotech/pharma industry with expertise in sales analytics and operations
Experience in drug launch and proficiency in large data sources such as Claims and EMR
Strong knowledge of secondary data sources and experience with programming languages like SAS, R, or SQL
Proven project management skills and ability to develop partnerships without authority
Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a quantitative discipline; MBA preferred
