Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to implement tailored solutions using Atlassian products Manage system configurations, workflows, and user permissions within Jira and Confluence Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to maximize the use of Atlassian tools Required Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant experience Proven experience administering and configuring Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow automation Ability to train and support users at various levels Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps and basic knowledge of APIs is a plus
