Account Manager, SMB
A company is looking for an Account Manager, SMB.
Key Responsibilities
Drive monthly growth by upselling Hotel Engine across the existing customer base
Generate new business opportunities within the account base to meet and exceed target quotas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes and support existing account expansion
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or in B2B sales
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or similar sales technologies preferred
Ability to drive a consultative sales approach to improve retention and capture additional opportunities
Strong organizational skills with a track record of retaining and expanding the existing customer base
Strong business acumen to partner with customers to drive solutions to their business problems
