Senior Sales Programs Manager

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales programs that support revenue growth and pipeline generation strategies
Lead and develop a global team of Program Managers to deliver against sales targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track, measure, and report on program effectiveness
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of experience in sales programs, sales operations, or revenue enablement, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
Proven track record of designing and executing high-impact sales programs
Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making
Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
