California HR Business Partner
A company is looking for a Client Human Resources Business Partner II.
Key Responsibilities
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client HR issues while providing proactive support and best practices
Communicate effectively with clients to exceed expectations and maintain high ethical standards
Provide recommendations and share knowledge with clients and team members to enhance HR practices
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization
3-5 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment with proven results
Must be located in the Milpitas, San Francisco, San Jose, or Pleasanton, CA area
A college degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience or military experience is acceptable
HR certification or willingness to pursue within the first year is a plus
