A company is looking for a Talent & Learning Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Support validation of talent for key pipelines and incorporate findings into strategic initiatives
Design and implement strategic talent experience programs and shape the learning ecosystem
Use data analytics to evaluate business impact and prescribe career growth solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Talent Management, Learning, Leadership and Development, or related fields
BA/BS degree required; a master's degree is a plus
Advanced fluency in English
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Experience in program/project management of learning and talent development programs
