A company is looking for a Talent & Learning Partner. Key Responsibilities Support validation of talents for key talent pipelines and strategic initiatives Coach talents on development measures and career options within the organization Design and implement strategic talent experience programs and learning solutions Required Qualifications 5+ years in Talent Management, Learning, or related fields BA/BS degree required; a master's degree is a plus Advanced level of fluency in the English language Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Experience in program/project management of learning and talent development programs
