California Licensed Absence Specialist
A company is looking for an Integrated Absence Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track eligibility for job-protected leaves, including FMLA and other statutory leaves
Administer a caseload of disability and leave claims, ensuring compliance with established protocols
Provide guidance to clients and staff on leave requirements and maintain accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; 1 year of administrative experience for Level I, 3-5 years for Level IV
Understanding of Federal and Statutory regulations regarding FMLA, CFRA, and PDL
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web applications
Ability to educate and counsel on sensitive issues
Organizational skills to manage a high-volume workload effectively
