Key Responsibilities: Conduct behavioral health screenings and triage calls, texts, and chats based on mental health and substance use disorder symptoms Provide crisis intervention and customized behavioral health referrals while ensuring safety and compliance with clinical standards Document all interactions and maintain accurate clinical information in the electronic health record system Required Qualifications: Bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in human services such as psychology or sociology Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience providing direct services Cleared status with a licensing entity if registered, with no probation or pending actions Experience working with diverse populations and various psychological disorders Bilingual in Spanish and English
