Key Responsibilities Evaluate and select software for payroll operations, ensuring compliance with Deel product technology Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in the designated regions and prepare internal payroll reports Manage local payroll and HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with local regulations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field 4+ years of payroll and HR experience in relevant countries Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Experience with multiple payroll technologies and jurisdictions is an advantage
