A company is looking for a Clinical Development Manager. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the execution of Clinical Development strategies in partnership with team leaders and cross-functional teams Lead project management efforts, including organizing team meetings and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders Develop and maintain integrated project plans, manage program risks, and implement corrective actions as needed Required Qualifications BS/BA in a related discipline with a minimum of eleven years of experience, or MS/MA with nine years, or PhD/PharmD with five years of experience, or equivalent combination PMP or other Project Management certification is a plus In-depth knowledge of the drug development process and pharmaceutical project management principles Experience in managing project scope, deliverables, risks, and resources Proven ability to lead project team meetings and facilitate cross-functional communication
