A company is looking for an Immigration Paralegal to handle day-to-day immigration requests and provide support to internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities Prepare verification of employment letters and review work authorization documents Partner with outside counsel to prepare, file, and track non-immigrant visas and labor certification cases Serve as a point of contact for immigration-related questions and maintain public access files Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of related experience with immigration matters Experience in the IT industry preferred Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software programs quickly Flexibility to work overtime when necessary
