Revenue Integrity Manager

A company is looking for a Manager- Revenue Integrity to join their team. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure timely and accurate service support in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements Lead charge description master activities and maintain integrated revenue cycle applications for optimal performance Develop and implement workflows and educational plans to enhance charge capture and compliance across the organization Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related area plus 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3 years of applicable leadership experience in a business-related field One or more relevant certifications such as RHIA, RHIT, CHRI, CCS, CPC, or Epic Resolute Certification Experience in health care reimbursement, financial management, or coding is preferred 5 years of experience in coding, clinical documentation improvement, or related areas is preferred
