California Licensed Director of Guided Pathways
A company is looking for a Director, Guided Pathways Regional Coordination Team. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Chancellor's Office Executive staff to define and refine workplans for the team Represent the organization in meetings regarding team needs related to Vision 2030 Manage team execution of annual workplans to achieve contractual deliverables and ensure alignment with policies Required Qualifications Minimum of ten (10) years of professional work experience with demonstrated success Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in managing program/system implementation or project management Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an education or non-profit environment preferred Minimum of five (5) years of personnel management/supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of community college reform efforts and Guided Pathways preferred
