A company is looking for a Represented Litigation Adjuster (Severe/Complex) in California. Key Responsibilities Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney involvement Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service Negotiate fair injury settlements with all parties involved using various communication channels Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Bodily Injury Claim handling, preferably with complex or severe cases Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation Adjuster and/or appraiser license may be required within 60 days of hire
