Key Responsibilities Review consult summaries and imaging results to determine follow-up service needs Enter orders based on provider direction and manage clinical inboxes for document handling Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve authorization and order discrepancies Required Qualifications Current MA Certificate; experience in a home health/clinical setting preferred 2-year degree in Medical Assistance from an accredited program Certification by a Medical Assistant Certifying Organization preferred Minimum one year of chart auditing or UM review experience Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid UM regulations
