Key Responsibilities Monitor and measure operational flow by assigning tasks to staff and ensuring compliance with standards Evaluate performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback to staff Manage department budget, prepare reports, and ensure achievement of quality audit programs Required Qualifications High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred Two years of relevant experience in healthcare administration or related fields Experience in management within a Medicare certified HME or healthcare environment Knowledge of medical terminology and billing procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
