Key Responsibilities
Lead the operational aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and policies in alignment with organizational goals
Oversee annual performance management cycles and manage employee records to ensure data integrity
Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a healthcare environment in California, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience designing and implementing scalable HR operations programs and processes
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements
Proven project management and organizational skills
Strong working knowledge of HR tools and systems
