Key Responsibilities
Lead operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and performance management
Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and policies in partnership with the VP of People
Oversee employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a healthcare environment in California
At least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience designing and implementing scalable HR operations programs
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and legal requirements
Proven project management and organizational skills
