A company is looking for a Certification Program Manager to oversee the certification program and manage staff to ensure operational standards are met. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage certification staff to ensure compliance with operational procedures Facilitate hiring, training, and professional development of certification staff Participate in audits and report on staff performance while addressing customer concerns Required Qualifications Expertise in organic production or handling techniques, including knowledge of USDA organic standards Bachelor's degree in agriculture, food science, or a related area Minimum of 10 years of experience with the National Organic Program (NOP) standards and regulations Strong management and supervisory skills, including mentoring and team building Comfortable using computer applications and presenting in front of large groups
