Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one onboarding sessions with customers, focusing on list growth and campaign optimization
Develop creative onboarding strategies and ensure customers meet onboarding health targets
Collaborate with customers on marketing strategies and maintain strong relationships for long-term loyalty
Required Qualifications
2+ years in a customer-facing role within SaaS
Experience in ecommerce or martech preferred
Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring
Strong process orientation with the ability to maintain a consistent experience
Experience in a high-growth, early-stage environment preferred
