Key Responsibilities Delivers an industry-leading claim experience for all policyholders and claimants Writes, reviews, and issues payment for vehicle repairs or replacements Creates accurate vehicle repair estimates based on damage photos and documentation Qualifications 1+ years of experience handling insurance claims and writing estimates Strong experience using CCC software for estimates and evaluations Ability to obtain and maintain insurance licenses in multiple states Strong technical understanding of the repair process and parts options Familiarity with claims best practices required
