Certified Coding Analyst
A company is looking for a Coding Analyst to support the National Correct Coding Initiative (NCCI) program. Key Responsibilities Interpret healthcare procedures and services into medical code sets under the NCCI program Review and develop NCCI edit programs to prevent improper payments Evaluate claim information to ensure compliance with CMS payment and coverage policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college Active medical coding certification (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, or CPC-H) 5+ years of experience in interpreting and coding HCPCS/CPT codes Experience with Medicare and Medicaid payment and coding policies Thorough knowledge of remote working and virtual collaboration
