Change Manager Contractor
A company is looking for a Change Manager (Contractor) to support strategic transformation initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify change impacts and ensure alignment with organizational goals Lead the creation and execution of communication strategies and training programs to support knowledge transfer and adoption of new processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field 5+ years of experience in change management or organizational development roles Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR, etc.) Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus
