Quality Manager
A company is looking for a Quality Manager to lead the development and implementation of quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of quality assurance and quality control across the organization
Develop and manage quality systems, policies, and procedures to meet regulatory and organizational standards
Set and monitor quality objectives, KPIs, and performance targets, driving action plans for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality regulations
Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, PDCA cycle, and other continuous improvement methodologies
Experience in developing and executing quality programs across multi-site or matrixed organizations
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
