Key Responsibilities
Provide education and guidance to Claimants, Family Members, and Financial Advisors throughout the claims process
Manage the life cycle of claims, ensuring timely processing and effective communication with all parties involved
Identify and address inconsistencies in processes, collaborating with team members to enhance the claims experience
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the insurance or financial services industry
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to maintain professionalism when handling sensitive issues
Strong organization and prioritization skills
