Client Success Operations Analyst
A company is looking for a Client Success Operations Analyst to manage their Customer Success Platform and support cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the administration and support of the Customer Success Platform (ChurnZero) and ensure data integrity across the tech stack
Collaborate with Client Success Leadership to enhance product adoption, usage, and retention strategies
Provide onboarding, training, and support for client success groups and maintain relevant documentation
Required Qualifications:
Experience as an Admin or power user of ChurnZero or comparable Customer Success Platforms
Familiarity with SFDC, Zendesk, Jira, and LearnUpon
Intermediate+ data analytics skills
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Understanding of Customer Success principles
